Dear customers,About how to levitate the UFO speaker?Please see the video.Step1:Please place the base on an absolutely plate surface.Step2: Connect the power adapter to the base power port. Step3:Turn on the UFO speaker and pair with smart phone/tablet.Step4: Hold the UFO speaker with your two hands,then put down the UFO vertically above the base,and try to get the levitating point,when you feel that there is a strength to support the UFO,this is the levitation point.Then slowly let go of your hands, the UFO can successfully float up.If multiple attempts are unsuccessful, unplugged and rest for about 3 minutes, then try again.If you have any problems, please contact us through Amazon and we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible.
